For all of us the experience was right up there as one of life’s highlights. Houseboat holidaying is so relaxing, and there is SO much to see in the way of birdlife, wildlife and nature at its best. Granted, we were extremely lucky with the weather, but even if we had been confined to indoors there was still plenty of room on this boat, it is huge! The bedrooms are spacious and the living area and kitchen has more than enough room for a full contingency of passengers without feeling confined. The spa on the rooftop deck was put to use every single day; pure luxury! Each one of our group of 11 (which had reduced to 8 for the final three nights due to pesky work commitments for some!) said, at the end of their time on board, ‘Maryann, book it again for next year’. “Oh alright then… if you insist” I said. Just kidding guys, I’m on to it!"
